Return & Refund Policy — Miniमित्रो

At Miniमित्रो, we want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, tags, and manuals
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our error)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as non-returnable

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit or a Promo Code, which can be used for your next purchase.

Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to be processed after approval. Bank processing times may vary.
