Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Metro and major city areas generally receive faster deliveries due to better courier connectivity. Rural, remote or difficult-to-access locations may take longer because of extended routes, limited courier service frequency or regional restrictions.

Tracking Information

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If you accidentally entered an incorrect address, please inform us as soon as possible.
Once your order is dispatched, we may not be able to change the address. An incorrect or incomplete address may cause delays, failed delivery attempts or return-to-sender situations.

If a package returns to us due to address issues, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually attempt delivery two or three times.
If delivery fails due to unavailability or missing confirmation, the package may be returned to our warehouse. We request customers to keep their phone available and ensure someone is present to receive the order.


COD Order Verification

For Cash-on-Delivery orders, the courier may send a verification message or make a call before dispatch.
If verification is not completed, the order may be delayed or cancelled. Please respond to verification messages promptly.


Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with family members or neighbors

  2. Check building security or reception

  3. Review delivery messages or calls from the courier

If the package is still missing, contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  • Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the product

  • Keep all packing materials

  • Contact us within 24 hours

We will guide you through the replacement or return process based on the situation.


Serviceable Areas

We ship to most locations across India.
In rare cases, certain pin codes may be temporarily unserviceable due to local restrictions, courier limitations or weather disruptions. If we face such a situation with your order, we will notify you immediately.
